Firefox can be locked down similar to Internet Explorer, and this guide will give you the relevant information that is needed to create a secure, locked-down configuration, to restrict knowledgeable users actions into manipulating Firefox for their own needs.

With Firefox’s popularity rising on a day-by-day basis, many corporate environments are starting to employ the power of Firefox as their default browser. This document explains how, with insufficient restrictions or lock-downs Firefox becomes a powerful client controlled web browser that a sophisticated user can manipulate for their own benefits.

ManySSL

ManySSL is a perl script to enumerate supported SSL cipher suites supported by network services (principally HTTPS).

It is not restricted to HTTPS and can be used on SMTP servers that support STARTTLS.

Key features

Warn the operator if a self-signed certificate is detected
Warn the operator if an expired certificate is detected
Full cipher, key-exchange and authentication key strength output
Use of a client specificed SSL certificate

nbtscan-1.5.2

NBTscan is a program for scanning IP networks for NetBIOS name information.

It sends NetBIOS status query to each address in supplied range and lists received information in human readable form. For each responded host it lists IP address, NetBIOS computer name, logged-in user name and MAC address.
